GPhoto Uploader Desktop ("we", "our", or "the Application") is a desktop application designed to help users upload their local photos to Google Photos. Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy explains how your data is handled.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

None. The Application is a standalone desktop program that runs locally on your computer. We do not operate any backend servers, we do not have a database of users, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information, photos, or usage analytics.

3. Google API Services Usage

The Application uses Google API Services to communicate with your Google Photos account. To do this, it requires you to sign in via OAuth 2.0.

• Authentication: When you log in, the OAuth token provided by Google is saved locally on your hard drive (in a `token.pickle` file within the application folder). It is never sent to us or any third party.
• Photo Uploading: Your selected photos are uploaded directly from your local computer to Google's servers.
• Data Access: The application requests access to read and append to your Google Photos library to fetch your album list and upload new media items.

GPhoto Uploader Desktop's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since we do not collect any data, we cannot and do not share any data with third parties. Your data flows strictly between your local computer and Google's servers.
